Crystal has been pole dancing since 2014 and instructing since 2019. Crystal is one of our pole and flexibility instructors who has a lengthy background in Calisthenics at both a State and National Level. She’s been coaching Calisthenics since 2013, making her the perfect candidate for helping you to become an acro genius.
